Develop an Organism that is not Genetically Modified in Containment

Applications may be submitted, to ERMA New Zealand, to develop an organism that is not genetically modified in containment. The type of application form used will depend on the type of development to be used.

The HSNO Act 1996 definition of "develop" includes:

Develop (by Fermentation) in containment any New Organism that is not genetically Modified
